    HI Dave,

I still have your email from a year or so ago.  I gave it to the upholstery shop.   It should turn out nice.

6 of the 7 lights on the front are original.  I added the cyclops fog light.  It will have a yellow lens.   I love the front end.  As you say, to each his own.

Its exciting to think I will be driving this beauty soon.  🙂   Rick

    Hi all,

I have a leather open car pierce blanket with the same label as above. Not cheap though. Black leather and felt on the underside

The fan is about 5 inches wide. It attaches to the steering column. They are vacume powered. The problem I would have is the radio controls are also steering column mounted.

    Karl,

I will try my best to have the beast done for the show. I just need to get the rolling monument to the uphostry shop so it can hit the road. The assembly is killing me. lolol

    Refund granted without issue. :)

in reply to: Pierce pocket watch #411252

Watch just arrived. Defeinately new. The crystal feels like plastic. I pulled the back off. It does have a real working movement and is stamped USA. Yet all the screws and everything else screams new new new.

Asked for a refund. We will see what they say. Rick

    Mark,

Thanks. It was very interesting to look at. The face of the watch is identical, except for the marque ofcourse. The 555 mark on the inside has me scratching my head. I will open mine up and take a few shots for everyone to look at once it arrives. The watch is fair game. Everyone is welcome to tear it apart. Im more curious about it then anything else. Could the process on the back of the casing be acid etching? Any experts out there?

Looks like I have been had. Yet, I still like the watch and is fun to ad it to the rest of my “stuff””.”

in reply to: Pierce pocket watch #411248

After searching the web. I am suspect of it being truly old. Once it gets her ill pull the case off, and we all can see what to, or NOT to look for.

Either way, I think it is cool. If fake, not as cool as I paid cool, but still a fun piece to have.
