Congrats on the awards from the show.

I am very glad you were able to work out keeping the car and that you are showing and enjoying that fine automobile.

My very original ’29 ED Limo has the original rubber mat up front.

It has gotten very brittle and fragile with age.

Will the new mat have the little bit of padding that is on the underside of the original mats?

Add me to the list of persons wanting a mat.

That is a very beautiful body style.

It should fetch a pretty penny.

Congrats on the successful maiden voyage.

    Pierces do love to run.

    All great points, Paul.

With the changes you mention, the car would have been wonderful.

    Great news, Rick.

I know your restoration has been a long, labor of love.

Interesting, I’m sure a Pierce version, built to Pierce standards would have sold well.

I just mine in the mail.

Great pictures and presentation as always.

But I did notice a few glaring typos.

July – there is an extra 0 in the year of the car, it reads 19029 Pierce Arrow 5-Passenger Sedan

October – the car is listed as a 1929 Pierce-Arrow Series 81 Sedan

Unless, of course, cars built for export were given different year designations and they labeled left over ’28s as ’29s?

Hopefully corrections can be made before future runs are ordered.

    Great job on the calendar.

Too bad I have to wait a whole 6 months to display it.

You will find no shortage of help here and it’s virtually impossible to wear out your welcome.

There is not a finer, more helpful group of car enthusiasts than the members of the PAS.

Getting all of the fluids squared away should always be first order of business when acquiring a vehicle so it’s good to hear you’re getting her in shape before heading out on the road.

Yes, our current website limits pictures to one per post but feel free to create multiple posts for more pictures.

We would all love to see more of your wonderful car.

The history behind the car is pretty significant to the PAMCC.

A very happy ending to your quest to find the car.

It’s not often that a car once owned by family around 50 years ago can be tracked down and purchased to bring it back into the family.

Please post pictures and bring the car to a PAS gathering when she is ready.

I see the engine has the wrong water jacket installed.

It’s got the usual U-turn tubing needed when the water jacket is installed upside down.

They look like solid covers and they are priced competitively.

The cover I bought for our Pierce was much more.

I am going to take a bunch of measurements of the Rickenbacker and see what they come up with for a price.

    Thanks for posting the info.

    Ordered a few.

Visitors to my office are so used to seeing the various cars that they remind me to change the page if I have forgotten to do so at the start of the a new month. :)

I also give away at least one every year.

Thank you for putting out such a great calendar every year.

When I get home I will take pictures and post them of the microphone in the back of my ’29.

It should be the original one but the driver compartment has no speaker and the headliner and everything but the seat is original leather.

I was wondering if the speaker was once under the dash but I have only seen them in the headliner or above the divider window.
