Peter,
That is the Era I was guessing at.
Ken
Ed,
Thank you, I was wondering how it would look in my 1925 Series 80. The Clock Face
in the 80 on the dash is Black. Sounds like it is close to the year and could work.
Ken
What is the Era you feel it is from?
Charles,
I found this emblem on eBay you may want.
Ken
Peter,
I noticed the set on eBay with the clock says Fleetwood on the Face.
I believe that is the reason why he thinks it belongs to a Cadillac. A V16
would demand more money of course.
I would be a buyer if someone desides to remanufacture a pair.
Personaly it would cost to much to restore the ones on eBay.
Ken
Here is another Vanity I found on eBay.

Hi Jak,
Here is the URL for the Vanity. I will post both of them for who ever wants to
use them.

I always pay with a credit card just for that very reason. I am hopeful that eBay does take care of the seller in this situation.
Peter,
I am all for that.
Ken
Charles,
I have a spare Series 80 motor that I may be interested in selling.
Ken
Hello Greg and Ed,
Greg thank you for the history lesson.
Ed, I was told by eBay to wait and see if it shows up when it at the end of the expected delivery date
Here is a link to the actual Archer Hood Ornament.
You will need to scroll down the page.
Ed,
I talked to eBay about the guy this morning. They informed me that my purchase is
guaranteed and if I don’t receive the Hood Ornament they will refund me my money.
I now know it is a scam based on I bought the item Saturday night and the same item showed up again Sunday night.
Ken
Richard,
Looks like a worthy project. Good luck with and thank you for sharing.
Ken
Peter,
Thank you for sharing your Tool Roll along with your tools. It is good to get an
eye on the items needed.
Ken
Ed and Dave,
Thank you for the information. I am glad there is a forum that has several knowledgeable members that are willing to help us new buyers to the Pierce Arrow Society.
Ken
Thank you Peter and Greg for the info on the adjusting wrench.
Peter, if you do have an extra one send me an email.
Greg, it is nice to see it in a picture so I can get an idea of what it is.
Glad to know what to look for on the Tool Roll also.
Ken
Greg,
Thank you.
Ken
Hello Greg,
Thank you for the information. I do have an owners manual. I don’t have any Pierce Arrow Tools. Do you or anyone else have a picture of the Tool Sack that the tools would have come in? I did see one on eBay last week but not sure if it is the correct one.
Ken
Randy
This a great topic and one I will be watching. I am not sure how to adjust the brakes on the Series 80. I hope to learn that on this thread also.
